Had I known I wouldn’t have ordered since my order had a lot of F/W styles. I got free shipping and didn’t expect to wait over 2 months and then some for an order to be complete. But it would be better for the company to be upfront about their shipping times. I understand that with the holidays and covid still going around that there will be some delays. I live 1.5 hours away from Compton and as of January 11th, it still hasn’t arrived. It says it has been in Compton CA since December 7th and departed the shipping facility on the 28th with no further updates. I am still waiting on the Docie Leather shacket. They said they would ship the rest of my order separately and it arrived on Dec 16. After almost a month and no update, I emailed again. It never said that when I ordered it and there was nothing to inform me about a preorder item so I just decided to wait a bit longer. I have contacted j.ing multiple times and the first time they told me that one of the items I ordered was actually a preorder so it’s taking longer. I ordered on November 14, 2021- not even after Black Friday- and I am still waiting for an item from my $250 order. I was super excited to order since I saw unique pieces and they looked like they were super good quality. This is going to be long but it’s my experience with this company. My bank account shows it as a charge, not a refund. UPDATE 1/24 Jing is claiming they refunded $130.08, but I only received $97.56 back on Jan 21 and a charge of $32.52 on Jan 18. Will try to talk to customer service, but if they continue to be unhelpful, I’ll have to request a credit chargeback with my bank. I already explained to customer service and sent a screenshot of the refunds and charge, but they said they already refunded even though my bank account states otherwise. I only received $97.56 back when it should be $130.08. I shipped my entire order back (total of $130.08) for a refund, but they sent 3 separate refunds of $32.52 and charged me an additional $32.52 when it should’ve been a refund. They only offer store credit or else you would have to pay for your own label to ship it back. It’s ridiculous how their prices are so expensive but the quality is at the same level as Shein. I was so disappointed I ended up returning everything. The sweaters are also poorly made with uneven stitching. The blazers are so thin and feel very cheap. So in addition to selling directly to customers via the brand’s website, Fly By Jing is now available in more than 400 stores across the country, plus giant grocery retailers like Costco, Whole Foods, Wegmans and Sprouts.Don’t order from here!! My order took over a month to arrive and the clothing quality is terrible. People have realized that it is not any different from Cholula or sriracha, and that it’s nothing to be scared of,” she says. “Because of that messaging and because of our active insistence on marketing our products that way why chili crisp has become such a popular condiment in the US. with local branding, Gao chose to use English lettering to make her products more accessible. And unlike several Asian pantry staples sold in the U.S. In addition to her bold neon branding that just begs to be Instagrammed, the jar and packets themselves have detailed instructions on how to use the items, and the brand’s website also features a wide range of recipes for more ideas. Gao’s secret sauce to success lies in her deep understanding of marketing foreign pantry staples to a largely American audience. Making Chinese Ingredients A Staple In American Cooking “We want to be the go-to source for the highest quality Chinese food in the world,” notes Gao, sharing plans of slowly expanding her product line to include a lot more condiments and pantry staples in the coming months. She also stocks premium pantry staples from local manufacturers like a 10-year aged black vinegar, 3-year-aged doubanjiang and preserved black beans to name a few. For anyone new to the joy of digging into a hot pot, all you need to do is stock up on dipping ingredients (noodles, tofu, meat, vegetables.you get the point) to create your very own delicious hot pot to share with friends and family. To prove that Fly By Jing is more than just a sauce brand, Gao has recently launched a Fire Hot Pot Base, the first all-natural soup base option available in the west.
